ABSTRACT:   The vertical distribution of jack mackerel Trachurus japonicus larvae was described based on discrete depth sampling using a MTD net system from the surface down to 100 m depth at 13 stations in the southern East China Sea between 27 February and 10 March 2002. Of the 20 782 fish larvae collected, T. japonicus larvae were most abundant, accounting for 37.0% of the total catch. The average abundance of the larvae was 419.0 individuals/10 m2, with the average (± standard deviation [SD]) body length of 2.6 ± 0.3 mm (range 1.8–7.5 mm). The larvae were concentrated in the mixed layer, with peak densities in the 10–30 m layer. The average (±SD) weighted mean depth was 21.5 ± 7.8 m. There was no evidence of either diel or ontogenetic vertical migration for the early larvae of <5 mm. More than 90% of the T. japonicus larvae were collected in the water temperature ranging from 21 to 23°C. Vertical profiles of the larval densities and chlorophyll a coincided with each other, which might reflect the abundance of their main prey organisms, copepod nauplii and copepodites, since copepod production is known to be closely related with the chlorophyll a concentration.  相似文献

We describe the seasonal migrations of Argentine chub mackerel ( Scomber japonicus ) into the fishing ground in relation to sea surface temperature conditions and analyse the temperature evolution during the fishing season on the basis of 1955–97 time-series. The upper temperature limit for the presence of schools was around 19°C. At higher values, most schools leave coastal waters (< 50 m) for the shelf. An inverse relationship was observed between catches per unit of effort (CPUE) of the inshore fishery and sea surface temperature. The highest standardized CPUE values corresponded to temperatures lower than 19°C. Above this temperature, the probability of obtaining a standardized CPUE higher than 1 was extremely low, and the standard deviations were minimal. The economic benefit from catches was also analysed through the different months of the fishing season. It was found that the mean benefit corresponding to temperatures lower than 19°C exceeded approximately 15 times that obtained at higher temperatures. A simple fishing strategy was proposed to the commercial fleet in order to improve the economic benefit of the catches. The migratory pattern followed by mackerel during the spawning period was also analysed in relationship to other environmental factors like food availability. Zooplankton composition, size structure and abundance in coastal and shelf waters are described, and their implications for feeding ecology of larvae and adults of the species are discussed.  相似文献

研究了刺参的冻干加工技术。结果表明,采用三种方法加工三组(500g/组)活刺参,成品中蛋白质分别为:盐渍干参33.64g,含量17.71%;活性刺参46、20g,含量83.24%;免发刺参41、14g,含量82、28%;合理运用冻干技术不但能有效保全刺参的活性、营养成分,而且食用便利、外形美观。  相似文献

从患溃疡病的养殖刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)病灶处分离出1株优势菌H1,以浸浴、创伤浸浴、体腔注射和体壁肌肉注射等方式进行感染实验,证实菌株H1为养殖刺参溃疡病病原菌,并证明该菌通过体表创伤侵入的方式感染刺参,以创伤浸浴和体壁肌肉注射感染的LD50(半数致死量)分别为2.26×107CFU/尾和1.80×107CFU/尾。经形态学观察、生理生化特性分析和mini API系统鉴定,确定菌株H1为杀鲑气单胞菌杀日本鲑亚种(Aeromonas salmonicida ma-soucida)。提取菌株H1的胞外产物(ECP)进行致病性实验,结果表明ECP可导致刺参死亡,其对刺参的LD50为5.24μg蛋白/g体质量。H1-ECP具有酪蛋白酶、明胶蛋白酶、几丁质酶和淀粉酶活性,并具有溶血素活性;对底物偶氮酪蛋白(Azocasin)作用的酶比活力可达到674.5活力单位/mg蛋白,最适作用温度为50℃;对热不稳定,70℃作用30 min时,酪蛋白酶活性降到0;100℃作用30 min,ECP对刺参的毒性消失;ECP酶活可被10 mmol/L EDTA完全抑制,可被5 mmol/L PMSF抑制98.8%,Ca2 和Mg2 可使酶活性分别提高约9%和4%。结论认为,该病原菌通过体表创伤侵入方式感染宿主刺参,菌株H1胞外产物是其对刺参致病的因子之一。  相似文献

本文根据1999年~2003年7月、8月在东海南部进行的4次鲐鱼围网调查资料,对东海南部海域的鲐鱼生物学特性进行研究。鲐鱼最小叉长为15.4cm,最大为28.8cm,平均叉长22.1cm;优势叉长组为19~25cm,其出现频率为80%。2002年、2003年鲐鱼叉长组成个体比1999年、2001年大;鲐鱼叉长与体重的关系进行拟合后的关系式为:W=0.0034L^3.3404;鲐鱼胃饱满度以0级为主,占70%;年龄组成以当龄鱼为主。  相似文献

To investigate the effects of body size and water temperature on feeding and growth in the sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus (Selenka), the maximum rate of food consumption in terms of energy (Cmaxe; J day?1) and the specific growth rate in terms of energy (SGRe; % day?1) in animals of three body sizes (mean±SE) – large (134.0±3.5 g), medium (73.6±2.2 g) and small (36.5±1.2 g) – were determined at water temperatures of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30°C. Maximum rate of food consumption in terms of energy increased and SGRe decreased with increasing body weight at 10, 15 and 20°C. This trend, however, was not apparent at 25 and 30°C, which could be influenced by aestivation. High water temperatures (above 20°C) were disadvantageous to feeding and growth of this animal; SGRe of A. japonicus during aestivation was negative. The optimum temperatures for food consumption and for growth were similar and were between 14 and 15°C, and body size seemed to have a slight effect on the optimal temperature for food consumption or growth. Because aestivation of A. japonicus was temperature dependent, the present paper also documented the threshold temperatures to aestivation as indicated by feeding cessation. Deduced from daily food consumption of individuals, the threshold temperature to aestivation for large and medium animals (73.3–139.3 g) was 24.5?25.5°C, while that for small animals (28.9–40.7 g) was between 25.5 and 30.5°C. These values are higher than previous reports; differences in sign of aestivation, experimental condition and dwelling district of test animals could be the reasons.  相似文献

以花鲈(Lateolabrax japonicus)弧菌病的病原菌-鳗弧菌(Vibrio anguillarum)W-1为抗原,制备兔抗血清;利用异硫氰酸荧光素标记的羊抗兔免疫球蛋白(FITC-IgG)为荧光标记二抗,并以罗丹明标记的牛血清白蛋白为背景染色,建立检测鳗弧菌的间接荧光抗体快速检测技术。应用该技术对人工感染后的花鲈组织(肌肉、鳃、肠、肾)样品和养殖水体样品进行了鳗弧菌检测,结果显示间接荧光抗体技术不仅可以用于诊断发病的感染花鲈,也可用于检测带菌状态或未发病的感染花鲈。  相似文献

2003~2005年冬、春季,山东省和辽宁省众多养殖区域的保苗期刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)暴发了较为严重的传染性疾病-"腐皮综合征".该病波及面广,传染性强,死亡率常高达90%以上.发病症状主要表现为厌食、摇头、肿嘴、排脏、身体萎缩、口部溃烂乃至体表大面积溃疡.本研究对症状较为典型的3家海参保苗期的发病幼参进行了详细的病原学分析,从所有病参的病灶组织分离得到了1种占有绝对优势的菌株,经人工感染实验证明它对健康刺参具有较强的致病性,且感染病参的症状与自然发病海参的症状相同.通过形态学、生理生化和16S rDNA分子生物学方法对该菌进行的分类鉴定表明,导致保苗期刺参"腐皮综合征"的致病菌是假交替单胞菌(Pseudoalteromonas nigrifaciens).同时也对3家养殖场刺参保苗养殖系统进行了分析研究.结果表明,水源中细菌含量不高,为(0.8×102)~(1.2×102)cells/mL,其特征与病灶处优势菌不同;而饵料中细菌含量最高可达3.2×106 cells/mL.饵料、池水和池底污物的优势菌与病灶处优势菌基本一致,说明饵料可能是病原菌的主要来源.本研究首次揭示了"腐皮综合征"导致保苗期刺参大规模死亡的原因及其致病原,对刺参健康养殖和病害防治具有重要的指导意义.  相似文献

在光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜下观察刺参血系统的组织细胞结构,探讨血系统的生理功能,结果显示:(1)刺参的血系统由复杂的管网构成,排列紧密的血管上皮细胞和上皮下连续成层的基膜,构成血系统中连续而封闭的管状结构,管腔中充满血液,血系统的管网承担了血管输送血液的功能,并通过与呼吸树的连接完成血液的气体交换。(2)血管上皮细胞游离面的细胞膜、微绒毛和吞饮小泡呈酸性磷酸酶阳性反应,表明细胞具有吸收功能。血管上皮细胞内的小泡在管壁内外的物质运输中起作用。由单层细胞和基膜构成的血管壁是血液与体腔液进行物质交换的场所。(3)血管上皮细胞富含内质网、脂滴、线粒体及分泌自噬体,具有类固醇激素分泌细胞的超微结构特点,可能与刺参体内的固醇合成有关。  相似文献
